Good apartment management—staff is helpful, repairs are handled fast, and communication is clear. Really pleased with how they run things.

2010 I love my apt. Very spacious Jr 4 with great views from all my windows. Excellent location. Beach three blocks away. Walking distance to shopping and all transportation. Laundry room on first floor for those who choose to use it. 2024 Changed 😩😢 Tho location still excellent. 👍🏻

I know someone who resides there and has to endure profound noise, heavy foot steps, children crying, screaming and fighting including dog barking throughout the night! This isn’t right. Why isn’t there any enforcement of tenant rules to protect the rights of the conscientious tenants who also live there?

I didn't realize I can review the maintenance office! I actually give it 4.5 stars. The -.5 is because I wish you guys called before you came, I didn't like having to be home for hours. Just a simple "we'll be here in 15 minutes" would do. But in general, love ya guys!

Harassing my mother who lives by herserlf, warning her lease termination for heavy footsteps every 4am. She is the one getting bothered by those footsteps and noise and sent them a formal complaint as they had instructed her. Incompetent management made her decide to leave this residence that is close to her grand children in Staten Island. Terribly horrible experience for our family from this management.
