Apartment LUXE

Incredibly poor experience. Contacted Marcy she then failed to responded to my 3 emails for half a week. After multiple phone conversations and sending them the paperwork for the apartment they blatantly lied saying I was unresponsive and had rented out the apartment to another party. I never leave reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I have had stay away from this place.

My wife and I stayed in this lovely apartment. It more than exceeded our expectations. It was in a great location, beautiful, comfortable and clean. The staff at Apartment Luxe were gracious and accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

Staff and apartments are great with Apartment Luxe! Apartment Luxe management were extremely helpful with my move to New York in 2019 - helping me feel safe & and taken care of. Ted in particular is attentive, and takes the time to ensure that as a tenant all my needs were met with (safety, cleanliness, peace and quiet, building location, pricing and lease negotiation). If you're looking for a place in New York - short-term lease or long-term lease, definitely consider Apartment Luxe and reach out to Ted, he is fantastic!

We used Apt Luxe for 5+ years in NYC. They were very responsive and great to deal with.

Great apartments - only downside - the AC is quite noisy and old otherwise the building is great.
