I’ve been living at AP1 Loft since January, and the experience has been excellent so far. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely proactive — they handle requests quickly and keep the building running smoothly. The apartments themselves are extremely modern and thoughtfully designed. Clean finishes, great natural light, and a sleek aesthetic that actually matches what’s advertised. Being right in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City is a huge plus — the views are beautiful, and everything is walkable. I’ve had a great experience living here overall. The management team is incredibly nice and always professional, which makes a big difference. Whenever there’s an issue, they are quick to respond. For instance, the A/C has had a few hiccups, but the maintenance team always resolved it promptly. My only minor complaint is that the gym is a bit small, but everything else is excellent. Highly recommended!

This place has an awesome location! It's right above a public parking garage across from City Creek. My friends can meet me downstairs, and we are hitting the town from a great central location! Stephanie is extremely helpful and really nice to work with. Really great apartments and staff!
