Anton Napa Apartments

We lived in these apartments for a year. The apartments are nice and very modern but the appliances and the whole facade is cheap. Our kitchen sink fell and was barely fixed with a piece of wood, the fridge made a constant noise and the oven was broken since we moved in. Of course, none of it was fixed when reported. But most importantly MANAGEMENT SUCKS! The manager hates confrontation so barely resolves your issues, and when moving out they hid all the cleaning fees WE had to pay until they were deducted from our deposit. If you decide to live here, don't expect anyone to be there to answer questions. They are there 2hrs of the day and the rest the day the office is closed.

Literally the WORST management you could possibly imagine. As I was moving in, the agents working in the leasing office were being replaced. I had to ask for my own garage opener, key to my mailbox, they didn't even do a walk through before I moved in! The appliances are cheap, the carpet is coming up from the stairs, this place is awful. Now we have a woman in charge of the leasing office named Linda who does absolutely nothing to help you as a resident, and has no clue about anything going on. Above her is a woman named Pam who is even worse and treats you like a piece of trash if you try to address any problems you are having. Their unprofessionalism is ASTOUNDING! There is no respect for the residents, all they want is your money.

They missed the appointment I scheduled with them. But that seems to be the norm in Napa/Sonoma after the fires. They don't care as long as they can raise rent.

Great apartments, open floor plans, nice pool area & great staff.

JusT an FYI watch your belongings people have been stealing bikes that are locked.
