Several amenities are either broken or not functioning - including the garage doors, pool heating, and elevator buttons - with no clear timeline for repairs. What's worse is the lack of responsiveness from management. Calls and emails are routinely ignored, even for serious issues. Edit: have to take a star away from the management team, because my deposit was not refunded a month after I left. I called and they told me that it was deducted for carpet cleaning, without any photo proof or detailed breakdown. It’s not a lot of money, just a bit disappointing because I really liked the management team here. 3.5 star for the building itself, 5 star for the location, 5 star for the management team. Anton 1101 is completely incompetent when it comes to any sort of non-routine maintenance issue. Expect any non-trivial issue to go unfixed for several months. My theory for this is that the building is around 10 years old now; everything isn't brand new anymore and is starting to need maintenance--but Anton 1101 is completely caught off-guard by this and has nothing budgeted for it. I have lived here for 3 years and it has been a peaceful stay. Great amenities and plenty of parking for visitors. The management and staff are super helpful and pleasant to interact with. The location is close to the 101 highway but without the noise from it. Just like any apartment, your upstairs neighbors can make or break the calm. Other units seem well enough isolated sound wise.
