Anthos at Kirkwood

I viewed a 2b 1b apartment, explained my income/savings situation (unemployed, just moved here after selling my house, ready to rent and find work/return to school) and was encouraged by Brian to apply. I applied the same day, didn't hear back for 2 days, called to check and Brian forgot to call and let me know that "upper management" wouldn't rent to me due to having no income. I offered to pay 6 months of rent up front and get a cosigner. Brian said he would ask management and get back to me by the end of day. Of course, he never did. A $100k bank statement, 750 credit score, and solid employment background is not enough to rent a tiny overpriced $1250 apartment here. Upper management, please train your leasing agents properly to avoid wasting everyone's time.

Claims I need to have someone do a whole other application to be a cosigner because I don't have enough credit for him !! Crazy to me when each individual has to do their own application as well and it's not refundable apparently! Then 400 something for one animal is insane when u were gonna pay 1.225 for a 3 bedroom apartment !!

Absolutely loved living here, moved to Texas but stayed in a two bedroom for my lease. Process from start to finish was a breeze. Cheryl was attentive and so kind. Maintenance was always so quick to assist when needed. My favorite part was that they were always quick to shovel the parking lots after a hefty snow dump. Had a few crazy neighbors but front office staff was quick to take action.

My daughter's apartment has flooded 5 TIMES in the last few years and management has done nothing to fix the issue except give her a bottle of anti mold spray! Her belongings and furniture are ruined, my grandson is always sick, and they can't afford to move due to losing everything so many times. They need to shut down!!

Single worst living experience of my life. There is zero care in the property. The open drug dealing is only matched by the squatters that moved in below me keeping me up all nite daily. Complaints go unnoticed and will not be handled. Not a single thing has been done to remove them by management. The property manager Cheryl WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP. She does NOTHING to encourage a better ay of life for the tenants. Never hot water to bathe with as 2 buildings share one tank. The management is THE SINGLE WORST OF ANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. DO NOT MOVE HERE
