We rented here for two years and had an excellent experience. The office manager, Paula, was always so helpful and quick to respond whenever we reached out, and Mr. Asmar was just as attentive and kind. Thanks to their support, everything went smoothly during our time here. Highly recommend this place!

Recent renter here with Anthem. I wouldn’t recommend renting with them. They’ll be super responsive getting you into the house. And they’ll also charge unnecessary fees on top of base rent. Pool cleaning + landscaping. Which can be an extra $200 cost. But my biggest concern is when you try closing the lease with them. They didn’t give us the full security deposit back and called us scammers. When we were extremely polite and didn’t warrant that response. But they will pull the entire carpet and cut it out to blame you for something unnecessary. Then when we ask to show us the receipts that is was brand new carpet they dodged the question and didn’t provide it. And also we did our due diligence according to the lease to get professional cleaners. There’s a lot of hidden stuff in the lease

Naim Asmar evicted my elderly mother after 11 years and she never missed a month of rent, even through COVID she paid her rent. He took advantage of her and charged her a bunch of fees and kept the deposit and billed her the maximum which included 4 separate cleaning fees that were complete nonsense because he knew my mom would pay it. When I tried to get the money back for my mom because this was an obvious situation where he was taking advantage of the kindness of my mother who didn't know any better, they reacted with hostility and refused to do anything. They also never gave my mom a receipt for any of her payments for the fees her charged her after we were evicted hoping that my mom would just keep giving them money and not know when she had paid off her balance or not. Have been renting from them.for 8 years! They take great care of their tenants! Just an update! Going on 12 years now and they are excellent. 100 ⭐️’s.
