Anthem Park At Uptown Village

I’ve lived here for four years and love it. It’s well-maintained, staff and neighbors are friendly, and I feel safe here. The back courtyard is lovely—I’m lucky my windows have such a great view. It’s pretty quiet. I have one of the larger one-bedroom units and it’s plenty big enough for my crafting hobby and cat. There is a large community room we can reserve for free. Having that space for my family and friends to gather is huge since I’m chronically ill and going out is difficult. Only two minor negatives with the complex. Parking is a little challenging for my caregivers and guests. They either need to pay metered parking a block and a half away or park several blocks away. Lived at Anthem Park for over 7 years. Mostly nice neighbors, management, and maintenance people. Pretty well maintained building and grounds. Management is responsive to tenant concerns and repair needs. There is a community room, laundry rooms on 4 of the 5 floors, a single elevator that is usually in good working order, covered and secure underground garage with assigned parking spaces, and a small, modest, but sufficient fitness room.

Great place. Beautiful layout in the common park kept to perfection. The creek and waterfall feature are pristine. Small apts but nice inside with up to date kitchen area.

I don't rent here however!! I just wanted to say how amazing the manager Melinda is, she knows I'm looking for my daughter and is always keeping me informed and helping with resources. If she is any indication of this property I would say its amazing
