I’ve been renting here for a couple years now and they’ve been fantastic. Anytime I need help with something Rachel, is quick to assist. They also have a great handy man, Mike who is very good and efficient at fixing any issues that come up.

Wanted to rent an apartment. Told me they’d let me know the day after, nice. A few other things came up that they had to reverify, no problem. I give them all the information that they need for me, they said they’ll let me know. They don’t call me that day. Ok, I call them, they said they have not made a decision. I call them next day and they said, we will you call you before 5PM. Never call me, so I call them and they say: “sorry, you didn’t get it”. Truly a waste of time. Waited on this apartment for over a week. Bad realty. No seriousness in the employees, lack of organization and communication. It was my first time dealing with a water leak and the team here helped a lot. It was done in a timely manner. Brian communicated with me and gave me a peace of mind with updates. Great customer service!

They harass and intimidate they’re tenants overall a very bad realtor company
