Ansley Park

I have never been more happy where I live! When we toured our future home Katlin and Trevor were more than happy to show us around and answer all of our questions. They went over all of our options and were extremely helpful and attentive. Katlin even helped us fill out our pet information and other forms so we could get the process going. We needed to move as soon as possible and they did everything they could to be accommodating and kind. I have never felt more welcome somewhere before I even moved in! We were able to move in just a couple days after submitting our application and touring. After moving in we were so pleased to find how clean and up to date our 2 bedroom apartment was. All of the appliances are very current, the cabinets give us so much storage and the closets are huge!

My wife and I specifically rented a top floor unit to not have to worry about flooding and yet each time we have heavy rain our entryway floods. This was mentioned to management within the first month and a half of move in and still nothing has been done to address it. Clearly the grading of the top floor has issues, water pools in front of our door instead of being sloped away. With the most recent rainfall we actually had water come into our apartment. Construction issues have been present since move in but this is by far the worst one. As you can see by the video of breezeway the roof design has a cut out that allows rain to come into the top floor. We now have a waterfall landing on the third floor from the roof. I hope this somehow can be fixed but I’m not betting on it. Unfortunate

The folks at the leasing office are awesome. Trevor and Brian in particular have been extremely helpful with the move-in process. They’re helpful, but not overbearing and respected our personal space throughout move-in. The apartment is wonderful.

My mom just moved in and the experience from start to move in couldn't have been any better. Trevor was wonderful to work with and helped us through the whole process. Just a few minor move in fixes which were taken care of or are being taken care of. And I cannot say enough about how friendly everyone here has been, wonderful community. I would recommend Ansley Park to anyone. Love the community and staff at Ansley. I personally can rest easy knowing my mom is so happy here and she has already met a few friends.

I lived at Ansley Park Apartments for almost three years in a 3B2B unit, and it was a great experience overall. One of the best parts of living here was the beautiful sunset view and abundance of natural light—the apartment layout made the space feel open and inviting. I truly enjoyed my time here, and I appreciate that the community has become even more walkable with the addition of a dog park and trails. The leasing office staff was always friendly and helpful, making the move-in and living experience smooth. Maintenance requests were generally handled in time, though there were occasional delays—for example, we had to wait about a week for an AC part to be replaced, but thankfully, it wasn’t during extreme heat.
