Annondale on Santa Fe

This is a beautiful, brand-new community in the Fort Bragg area. The design is modern and clean, and everything feels fresh and well done. The amenities are great and offer nice options for residents to enjoy. The property is well maintained and has a welcoming feel. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, which really makes a difference. Overall, it’s a great community in a convenient location.

The only pros I can recognize for this place is the storage space within the apartments. More than enough kitchen cabinet space, and plenty of bathroom storage. Closet size is also great. The $ for the location and living space is hefty. It’s a military area and I figure that’s why the rent is steep. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros. If you enjoy the following, then this is the place for you: Listening to neighbors’ music that rattles your entire apartment for hours and hours, a pool that resembles the ecosystem of Smith Lake, no parking near your apartment unit because there is no designated parking for visitors, no parking because the people who live in the townhomes park in the spots meant for the ones who live in the regular apartment units, even though they have their own ga

I’ve had a great experience living at Annondale Way on Santa Fe ! The management team is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The community is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe. The amenities are fantastic— the gym is modern, all the equipments are new. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-designed, making it feel like home. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to main streets and markets. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to live! By the way, one of the workers in the leasing office speaks Spanish too.

Do not move in here unless you wish not to receive your deposit back. I was told by my chain of command that i was deploying and had under a month. I immediately notified Annandale. They informed me that since notification was under 30 days i had to pay for 10 days. I was cool and moved out 12 Dec. I still was instructed to pay the entire month rent and they will reimburse me the the credit was i moved out. It is 2 Feb and still have not received payment and all they tell me is check with me next week. This is very alarming considering that most occupants are military and as we know if your in 82nd you can deploy anytime. Save your time and money and DO NOT consider this apartment. There are plenty of other nice luxury apartments i would consider.
