Prav always had time for us and made sure any questions or concerns we had were answered completely and promptly, always checking to make sure we understood exactly where we were in the process, what our options were, and what our next steps would be. He helped make us feel confident when deciding on ways to move forward and on what would benefit us in both the long term and short term. He also gave wonderful advice, but made clear that he would help us with whatever we decided, which helped ease the pressure during many stages of the process.
