We have used APS for a very long time. We had a few bumpy moments at the beginning but after sitting down with Brendan and his team to clear up the simple communication issues it has been plain sailing ever since. They are a great team and usually very quick to respond to any issues with our property or tenants. They have been very good at finding us good, reliable, long term tenants which we really appreciate. I just wish our other property managers were as good as APS.

We've used APS for 10 years and have been VERY happy with their service. Always respond to our questions in a timely manner. We are PST and they are EST, but they manage to respond within 24 hours. They take care of our property and tenants needs quickly and efficiently.

I have absolutely loved my experience with Annapolis Property Services! From the first viewing to signing the lease, the team is friendly, helpful and responsive. After signing the lease, I had an amazing move-in experience from a detailed report of the condition of the property to easy access to the unit at the start of my lease. I had a few things that needed to be addressed at the move-in and the property manage and maintenance team were quick to respond and everything was fixed perfectly. I cannot recommend them highly enough if you are looking to move into the Annapolis area.

In our first 60 days of living in our rental property Annapolis Property Services has been extermely responsive to our requests as we get settled in. They have amazing communiction and in-house staff, and contractors on hand to address any one-off issues.
