Anker Ballard Flats

This is my first home since I have relocated from Miami and I could not have selected a better apartment with the bonus of the management team led by Josh and the way that they manage with care. Anker at Ballard is close to every need and with the new Bodega now open and the gym—we have it all right here. It’s very relaxing, great views and after hard long day at my hybrid office — I enjoy amazing sunsets.

Honestly, a great place to live. When Josh, the property manager, walked me through the units, he was extremely attentive to my needs for the apartment and finally after an hour we decided on the perfect apartment. The apartment is very secure with 2 scanned access doors that you’ll need to go through to get into the lobby. The hang out area on the lower level is an amazing place to relax and study, while the roof top has gorgeous views of the city. With addition to just being a great place to stay, Anker is extremely pet friendly. If you are not play with your dog across the street at the park, you can spend time giving your baby a shower in the dog washing station. Honestly, there isn’t a better place to live in Ballard.

I was thrown to the ground & almost... """assaulted""" near the bike garage by a MAN who shouldn't have even been near our apartment in the first place. Thank god i was able to get inside fast. It is seriously such an unsafe place for women. The streets aren't even well lit up. Its a hazard by all means. Living here has caused me to even pursue therapy after 7 years away from it. , I used to live in belltown & even THAT is safer than Ballard these days.. The management really should be ashamed of themselves here, as they don't care about your safety, just about cutting corners by all means. No cameras even on the outside.. Ladies beware.

Paper thin walls, everything is cheaply made, and the neighbors are a bunch of creeps. Welcome to Seattle!!! Don't rent here. I was more comfortable living in Gov assisted housing. I just love hearing random strangers getting intimate throughout the halls & another couple arguing right under me as well! cheers! Bona vista to a headache of a living experience !

Very disgusting smell of pet urine throughout every hall & everything is cheaply made. There is shakiness on some of the balconies & to top it all off, there isn't a leasing office! everything is unprofessionally handled through text so you're at your own devices.. If you value your safety or your own belongings , dont rent here!
