I also don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I should share my experience since it’s been very different from some of the negative ones I’ve seen. I own multiple rental houses in San Angelo and have been working with Angelo Rentals Property Management for some time now. Overall, they’ve been solid to work with. They keep me updated, they’ve renewed leases, filled vacancies, and when something breaks they let me know and get it handled. As an owner, I expect to pay for repairs on my properties, repairs that are out of the tenants control, that just comes with owning rentals. They’ve also been upfront and reasonable about costs. From what I’ve seen, they stay busy, so sometimes you may have to follow up as usual and don’t expect your property will get fixed that same evening… know t

Angelo Rentals has been absolutely great to work with. The staff is professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever questions or maintenance needs come up. The rental process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything was handled in a timely manner. It’s clear they care about their tenants and take pride in managing their properties well. I wish I would not have wasted my money with this obviously less then real estate company. They have very few properties too, which should have been my first red flag. As a property rental company they want to charge the renter a maintenance fee, although its not worded as such, when most rental companies that is included in the rent, or owners fee.

I hate leaving reviews i hardly ever leave any and im a pretty chill person but this place was awful I would give 0 stars if I could l. I went in to ask for some help because the website was not working an as soon as I walked in the front desk lady said did you look at the website and when I told her it wasn’t working I need some help she got an attitude an said you need to look at the website them completely blew us off an started helping the lady behind us. We finally got to talk to a different guy but he was just as rude and gave us code to house we didn’t even want to look and a basically pushed us out the door.
