I have been living here for the last 13 years and I love my 18th floor penthouse with amusing views of the city.

This place has quite a few problems. The elevators on the B side are ALWAYS breaking down or having some sort of issue. Why there is a total of only 2 elevators on each side for literally hundreds of people is beyond me. Whoever built this building thinking that was a good idea must have been smoking the biggest crack rocks. Secondly, some of the apartments leak water from the ceiling and maintenance ALWAYS say they will fix it but have NEVER done anything about it. This has been going on for years. I'm surprised they haven't been sued yet for this. Thirdly, this place is known to have a serious bed bug infestation. I can keep going but it's alot to write. At least the rent is cheap and some of the workers there are nice.

When I first moved in I was pretty excited and happy to be there. But as time moved by management made things very difficult to wanna stay there. They were suddenly being very rude and disrespectful to me and everyone who lived there... Audrey was like the only person in that office that acted professional

You know why I'm giving you all low rating because y'all move me from 1017B apartment and didn't clean apartment before your movie into 8:10 and then my couch called bed bugs and you don't want to replace it I'm sitting up here on on a 5 gallon bucket and a stool wait for somebody to replace my couch and y'all supposed to been looking for something to replace my couch with because it's not my part I've been here for 7 years without bed bugs and I'm waiting on somebody to replace my couch and I've been waiting and waiting so now it's over I'm posting this and don't care if you like it or don't like it cuz I don't like the situation you put me in

Apartments are descent. Elevators are constantly breaking down. Theres alot of apartments with bed bugs. I had em 5 times (NIGHTMARE). Besides that its well kept up & they've got a parking garage which is great!!! Price is right toooo...
