Andrea Court South Apartments

These apartments are tiny. You want peace and quiet? Forget about it! There is constant traffic, people blaring their music at all hours of the day and night. Some of the residents have taken to just throwing furniture outside. No cameras, no security. Apts are outdated and the bare minimum is done for upkeep. Two thumbs down.

My name is Laura and absolutely 💯 say if you can rent do so. I found the management and owner a delight . I absolutely fell in love with the way folks are and the apartment was nice and insulated it is an older apartment yet honestly loved loved it ! Ignore the negative reviews. If you are fortunate enough to live here great local place to rent from. I'm sad to move yet an opportunity came to me to live close to the oceanside Redwoods and work

They take a while to get things fixed. The screen doors on nearly all the apartments are falling off and don't fit the track properly. They 'fixed' mine but it doesnt shut all the way so it lets bugs in, and if i use it at all it just sticks and eventually falls off again. Most the nighbors are nice and keep to themselves. If you do have issues though they dont do much about it, youre better off calling the cops. For what I pay it isnt terrible, but it could stand some improvement.

Loved living here. Newburgh isn’t my birthplace, but has become the only place I consider home.
