Andover - The Estates

Excellent Service. Very satisfy with their work. They go beyond their expectation to build the homes. The builder work so hard and never had a problem when I needed help and have some questions.

Their builders worked on Thanksgiving, the Friday after, and today! They blare their music for all the neighboring homes to hear. They work beyond 5pm on a regular basis. Progress...I get it. But contractors can direct their builders to be a bit more considerate of neighboring families who'd like to spend some time outside on a holiday or evening or weekend without the combination of blaring music...the hammering is loud enough.

This home builder is straight disappointing. Had a crack on garage entry door. They replaced but now door handles is so loose and seal around door has such a gap air flows and can see the light. Tried contacting the person who had handled this. Called Thursday but no reply. The follow up is a joke. Never will I buy from this community.

Excellent place to stay Good locality with essential amenities

We chose the Preswick plan, love the design of the house. Unfortunately, there were some rework/fixed here and there after we moved in. The management team is friendly and reasonable, they came & took good care of all the items that I requested. Thank you.
