Andover Crossing Apartments

Ive been living at the andover crossing apartment complex for 3 years and I must say the new property manager Niya Robinson is top tier, great communication, fair, very hands on and organized. 5 stars for sure!!

I was in recently and Niya was amazing. She was very accommodating and welcoming. She explained to me everything I would need to get this process rolling. Very well spoken and knowledgeable about the property.

There are hidden black mold spores throughout the HVAC unit. I've been sick since a month after I moved in with no idea as to why I'm so tired and weak and in severe back pain. I have loads of medical bills from St Joseph's whom could never find the source of my sickness, over 10 grand in hospital bills. I've been here about seven months and I know I must move because of how sick it's making me. I lost my job & car from being too weak and sick. Now I need to figure out how to get out of this deathly apartment. 1/13/16 P.S. I only discovered the mold because the heat stopped working and a man came over and opened up the unit to fix the electrical and it was filled with mold inside.

Runaway!!!! They are a bunch of frauds. The leasing agent is a liar!!! She took my deposit from me before there was even a determination on my application status and claimed she first gave it to her bookkeeper(lie) and next said she deposited it. Upon future investigation it was discovered that she lied about many things. When confronted she acted like she knew nothing, couldn't give me her supervisor's number ot even her name or anyone I could talk to. And the man who works with her named Dax is no better. They both should be fired and put in jail for stealing and falsification.

Apartments are nice but don't do any cosmetic (painting replacing things) in the apartment and that's not clean who wants to move behind someone like that
