Matt in maintenance has been unfailingly helpful and willing to come at all hours in getting my heating unit fixed. His kindness and willingness to explain what was going on was so helpful. He’s a big part of why I enjoy living at Andorra Point.

Update: Due to this apartment management not paying their own fees - I have now been asked to pay delinquent fees on these alarm registration fees. Absolutely ridiculous and I highly recommend that everyone on Earth avoid this complex and its management team till the heat death of the universe. I will be reaching out to this "team" to let them know they owe the local government money. This apartment complex can't even pay their fire alarm registration fee and has been trying to get me to pay for 4 years despite me moving out (due to mold so bad it made holes in my ceiling) 4 years ago do better, or just do something

Andorra Point is such an amazing place to call home. The administrative staff is excellent...always available to support & offer suggestions and alerting residents via email of any upcoming events. And, I'm totally impressed with Matt in Maintenance Support. He is a true professional in his craft and his work is exceptional. Never have I met anyone of his caliber who takes such pride in his work; he is neat and thorough and he takes the time to explain what he has done and why. Matt is a treasure and I'm glad he was selected to be a part of the Andorra Point family.

Ive been at Andorra points for 11 yrs working for my patient who resides here, and the maintenance man here Matt has been so helpful to her needs. Work needing to be done,gets done! He's friendly and caring, and a hard worker. Glad you have him on board.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the maintenance team, especially Matt. He’s always quick to respond to service requests and handles everything with professionalism and care. Most recently, he helped with an issue in my unit and had it resolved in no time. He’s incredibly polite, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his work.
