Zakira was friendly,fast and patient and a godsend for someone that I brought to her god bless.

I have a stress animal, which has been doctor approved, and the landlord denied me. They told me the first person to fill out the application and lease would get the apartment, which I did, and all I received was an email saying someone else got the apartment and this was after they had called telling me I got the apartment. They also did this days before I was suppose to move in. When I called to figure out what happened they told me it was because I had a cat which is completely illegal. After talking to some people that lived there they said the landlords would walk into their apartments without asking and would drop by pretty regularly which was a pain. They also said nothing in the apartment was cleaned, there was even food left in the fridge from the previous tenant. I've also heard

They barely fix anything, unless we are having inspections or HUD doing inspections. They love to rush you to do something and complain about the littlest thing, but are slow about things themselves. I'm still waiting for three bedroom but I was told they transfer disabled people first. Three kids in a two bedroom equals no space at all.

I live in the neighborhood behind there and from what I see they don't believe in lawn maintenance. I'm guessing if they won't cut all of the weeds along the road, or pick up the couches and trash people have thrown into the woods, they probably don't do a lot of interior maintenance for the people who live there. They pay their rent and the management should care enough about its residents to maintain the property. It's a serious eyesore!

Management is horrible they never fix anything. Not a safe place for your kids to play or reside because either there's a shooting or fights.On the playground their glass and used needles. Infested with bed bugs! I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex unless your willing to deal with the high demand of your personal space, little privacy, and if your apartment has uncivilized adults causing problems you're held responsible instead of the managements choosing of residents.
