Anderson Point Apartments

The place is very nicely remodeled. I really love management. Mistie is one of the best apartment managers I've had. Not only does she really care about the tenants but she does a fantastic job managing the apartment complex. She gets work done!! Always hard working. Turn around time on work orders were great! Never had an issue getting things taking care of. I enjoyed my stay there, unfortunately I have a bigger family now, so I had to find a bigger place.

Yikes where do I start, manager is very unprofessional and will call a tow truck on you instead of confronting you about an issue. The day we left (always paid rent on time every single month) Mistie didn’t want us to leave so was sketchy and called a tow truck we seen circle around 4 times and then try to tow our U-Haul. They told us it was her that called as well and we asked where we were suppose to park to pack our things they said they didn’t know. Issues include roaches, maintenance since move in takes forever to fix things like never got a drain for the tub, mold and leaking ceilings that kept happening every 2 months. Toilet leaked , air conditioner kept going out. Pot holes in the parking lot. Also how are you leaving reviews for your own property 🤦‍♀️😬 look elsewhere. This isn’t

All the negative reviews are right on point for this apartment complex and I do mean right on point. Everything started off great then took a dive for the worse. We could not use the dishwasher for almost a month due to the newly installed dishwasher being installed wrong and broken at the time at install. When we would use the dishwasher it would flood the whole kitchen because the latch was broken. Then the pipes to the sick kept falling off and from what we were told they were broken so the kitchen sink was under usable and a massive flood had to be cleaned up. The next issue coming home from work at 1130 pm the door knob came off. I was unable to enter my dwelling at all. Thank God my husband was home bc I'm unsure how I would have gotten into my apartment with my kids or keep my house

Ha. They didn't give me my security deposit back until I actually had to call them to get it back, because they "usually don't have good tenants like I was." Just as a form of reference of the type of people you'll be moving in nearby. Edit: In response to management response, I've given an additional star while the concept of being a new owner, it is still same location. With the same issues for the better half of a decade. Since 2017, this location has changed ownership at least 5 times within recent knowledge. You may notice it is 2022, that means there is a new owner every year. You cannot fundamentally change the location/culture/type of environment within 6 month of taking over the location when some current tenants are still dealing with some of the same problems since 2017. Samantha (manager) was absolutely amazing, accurate and available ffor all needs throughput the process. The apartments are as described with upgraded features. Maintenance went hand in hand with management to provide quick turnaround service! Thank you Saul! Solid team!
