Anderson Place Apartments

I looked through so many apartments and concluded that Anderson had everything I was looking for (location, amenities, free parking, pet friendly, well reviewed management). Management responds very quickly to emails and shows they care about their residents and fostering a sense of community. They have events and care packages and provide treats during finals week. There is security at night, premises are kept clean and landscaping is lovely. Maintenance is awesome and everyone in the management office is truly so kind. Thank you to Anderson place for going above my expectations, Alisha for answering all of my questions and making me feel confident about choosing this apartment complex and Azeneth for helping us when we picked up our apartment key.

I lived at Anderson Place for three years of my time at UC Davis. It is hands down the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The management team is so kind, engaged and just happy to be there. The maintenance team is so kind, prompt and create relationships and friendships with the guests. Some of the team said I would be missed when they saw me move out. I couldn’t recommend this apartment complex more. 1000000/10!!

Myself and my son who is an incoming UCD junior transfer recently toured Anderson Place. From start to finish we were wowed by the management team. Alisha ensured that we had all the info we needed before driving up from the Bay Area for our tour. Ariana gave us a fantastic, informative tour and showed us all the great amenities and how nice an apartment looked for an impending move in. If it had been up to our dog and myself we would have chosen Anderson Place but my son opted for another Tandem property. But, we all recommend that you take a look at Anderson Place!

what an amazing place and amazing staff that work there. I want to thank Alicia and Arianna for their superior support and professionalism during my visit to rent an apartment at Anderson place apartment. the place was very clean and the complex was very clean. the staff explained everything very thoroughly and were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. I really felt like I was home and this was their main vision for every tenant that lived there. Thank you Anderson Place apartments, you really know how to make someone feel at home.

Great management and staff! Every time I made a request for maintenance or had a question, they were so quick and polite to respond. I am very happy with all the interactions I had with the staff! The complex was clean and well kept, the yard work was occasionally loud, but the grounds were clean and that’s what the cost is sometimes. The wonderful ladies in the front office (Danielle and Arianna) have always been extremely pleasant and kind. Super dog friendly and I know my dog and I will miss living there!
