Anderson Hills: Apartments in Raleigh, NC

I’ve lived here for a few years now and have had no problems at all! The apartment layouts are intuitive and spacious. The location is great, as it is both near North Hills and Wake Forest Rd. Maintenance works quickly to resolve any issues with the apartments whenever they arise. Edwin fixed our trash disposal system recently and was amazing. Iris (who works in the leasing office) is very friendly and goes above and beyond for her residents! I love this place!

We love living here! We chose Anderson hills for the spacious apartment size and the peaceful location. You are minutes away from anything you need (Trader Joe’s, Costco, Starbucks, Walgreens, etc). You are also in such a wooded and calm environment which is so nice, there are birds and squirrels throughout the complex. Iris in the front office has been so helpful from start to finish! We were able to move in within 5 days of our tour so we appreciated the speed and convenience. Being on direct access to the greenway was the final selling point for us! It’s so great to be close to trails throughout all of Raleigh - just from your backyard.

I moved in about a month ago, and it’s been a great experience so far. The location is excellent—close to all the amenities you could need. Being new to Raleigh, I was initially unsure about where to settle, but Iris Castillo - gave us a guided tour of the property , made the process so much easier. She was incredibly kind, honest, and supportive, helping me with everything from finding good places to eat and grocery stores to relocation and initial setup. Having genuinely nice people like her around makes all the difference!

I highly recommend living at Anderson Hills Apartments. The community is friendly, and the environment is peaceful and calm. I love the walking trails, they’re perfect for getting some fresh air or a bit of exercise. The location is also fantastic; it’s close to plenty of restaurants, stores, and gas stations, making everything super convenient. The apartment management is always welcoming, and they’re quick to address any concerns I have. The maintenance team is also amazing, they’re responsive and take care of issues right away. Plus, there are always fun events happening at the clubhouse, which makes it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here.
