If I could give a 0 for this property I would! The property. Management here is a joke. I have received numerous messages and emails that were sent into management Regarding the drug addicts and alcoholics and random people that are all on the property. I seen two rats the other day when I went to the property. Property management had the nerve to stand outside of my grandchildren's home where there was two small bikes taking pictures. Mind you on this same sidewalk.There is a known drug addict that they allow to have all kinds of garbage around her place. Another Tenant goes around , trying to get kids to come with him. I confronted him when I was on the property. The property management has had these concerns and complaints for years now and trying to turn it against complaints On the re

What a horrible place to live! The management here is a complete joke. They are constantly notified of damages, but yet they do nothing to fix them. Instead, they paint the outside for “curb appeal” and just leave the inside as it is. Ceilings are cracking, toilets are falling through floors and not to mention the BLACK MOLD all through the units. There are plenty of people who live here with health issues, who when they notify management about the BLACK MOLD are told “ oh, just scrub it with bleach that will take care of it you’ll be fine”. ABSOLUTELY NOT! If you have ever dealt with black mold, then you know that bleach is a very temporary fix to the problem. this place has been sold a few times and you would think, or hope that at some point there be a decent human being in management.

If you are considering signing a lease with any of the multiple Templeton Property Management properties please do yourself a favor and run away. I lived at Anderson Estates for a year and a couple days. It was my first apartment and I needed a place fast. I signed the lease and I did the initial walk. Various things stood out, multiple paint drips all over the apartment, very cheap and thin paint all over, it almost seems like they use the cheapest materials possible and try to cut corners at all times. Cuts in the vinyl that were glued back, old carpet, etc. You get the idea. Any time I wanted to reach the office I had to play phone tag and it was impossible to reach anyone at the office that was in charge of Anderson Estates. I was looking at an empty apartment. There was trash up and down where garbage cans go. I big hole on a covering to a basement window like a rat had eaten its way through. The covered area had abandoned cars full of junk in that area.

Not safe complex, trashy tenants all the types, cars with very loud mufflers, police always there night times. I don’t recommend it
