Anderson Crossing

A friend of mine has been living in Anderson crossing for a few months. The lady in the office is rude after he signed his lease. She called herself having an inspection and came in and didn’t do hardly anything. The maintenance man took the batteries out of his smoke detector and never replaced the batteries. Why would you inspect an apartment that was just rented? That should have been done prior to the move in. The apartment reeks of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The walls have brown liquid coming from the ceiling. We have wiped the walls down many times. My friend regrets moving there. PEOPLE CAN SMOKE WEED BUT WE CANT BARBECUE? This is crazy!

I love my apartment at Anderson Crossing. The manager, Tina, is very professional and very friendly, and if you have any problems you can go to her and she'll take care of it right away. Maintenance takes care of any issues within 24hrs. I have free air conditioning which is very effective, free heat along with heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom in the winter,the walls are soundproofed so I can't hear neighbors talking or walking about, beautiful french doors in my bedroom that lead out to the patio that looks out onto the pond with Geese and a bird sanctuary. We even get a blue heron that stops by at the pond. The laundry room by the office uses a neat app that tells you when your laundry is done! I absolutely love love living in "Anderson Crossing" I've had nothing but a great experience living here for the last year and 7 months,, the girls in the office are so Awesome,, and if anything is wrong as far as maintenance,, they have been great to me,, my apartment is perfect for me,, but one of the best things here is how nice and professional the girls are,, it makes everything so nice when you get to see a smiling face, I can't say anything bad about living here. Thank you for such a nice place to live.

I lived here for almost 7 years. From the age of 18-24. These apartments are INCOME BASED. Utilities included. Cute recent remodeled units. Small dogs welcome with a fee. Neighbors aren't bad at all. In fact, my close neighbors watched out for me. Inside of the office is a small workout area and computer lab. There is a tiny playground behind the office, a small basketball court and a cute gazebo to chill in. There's a small pond that we called "Goose Pooh Lake" lol we stayed away from the edge of the pond. Watching the baby geese from my patio every spring was one of my faves. Always use bags when letting your dogs potty here! That is one thing everyone was adamant about lol. Overall a great place to live on a budget. For me, it was the perfect spot to start my own adventure.

The office management is excellent at this place! My mother has lived there for a couple years and she loves the ladies in the office. The maintenance leaves a little to be desired as they aren't the most thorough or timely. Very affordable though.
