I paid $100 for the application fee and $200 for the admin fee. I keep getting denied, even though I meet the income requirements and have no prior evictions. When I contacted the leasing office to check on my application status, I was repeatedly given the runaround. I also asked whether I could be considered for a two-bedroom unit, but my question was ignored, and I was simply told they did not know why I was denied. I later discovered that the same management company that denied me at other properties also owns these apartments. I do not understand why I continue to be denied, especially when no one can provide a clear explanation. When I requested a refund of the $200 admin fee, I was told it is nonrefundable. Did the tour of the property 2 times by driving 3 hours & submitted lease application with payments ($200 application fee & $200 admin fee) ONLY because the apartment staffs LIED numerous times about something that i specifically asked them numerous times over the phone & in-person. After they got the payments, they acted like they don’t know what i am talking about & the manager told me she will cancel my lease application even though she was aware about my requirement from the beginning. I agreed to cancel the lease application & asked for the full refund. They agreed to refund admin fee but refused to refund application fee because ‘ its their policy ‘ even though i only submitted the application and payments because of their lies. **REVIEW UPDATE 07/2023** At first I loved this place and wanted to believe I would continue to love this place… I was still a new resident …but, as time went on, I began to notice how cheap the apartments are here. You pay luxury price for a cheap apartment. The countertops are not granite, the light fixtures are cheap, the fans are older and cheap, when I first moved in the appliances were old and all white. They make you pay an additional $100 a month for stainless steel appliances which is messed up. The washer and dryer are old as hell might as well hand wash. They are older compared to the washer and dryer I have seen provided by other communities. This is 2023, you should not be giving people outdated appliances. I feel Lincoln Property, at this particular location, is very stingy

Overall this apt has been great to me!! I lived here almost 4 years and I never had any issues with the office or maintenance staff. I felt pretty safe and I loved the view in my 4th floor apt on top of the hill. I like that they cleaned the stairwells but I wish it could have been a little more often, that’s really my only complaint. It wasn’t really updated but the location was definitely a plus for me.

This complex is easy access to 85, small parking spot for leasing office. Overall our Tour with Alex was amazing. The gym and property is well taken care of and leasing agent are very sweet. Very interested in making this my next home . Pricing is reasonable for locations.
