This is the second moss and company property I've lived at, and I've gotta say, it seems like they have a talent for finding great property managers. Denise is everything you could ask for in a property manager; she's approachable, helpful, and invested in the well being of the property and the other residents herself. There's a very noticeable difference between properties where the manager lives onsite and ones where they don't, and Denise is a shining example of why the former is such a boon. When I first moved in I had some issues with the layout of my unit, where there was a structural column that impacted the usability of the unit and wasn't disclosed on the floor plan. We’ve lived at &Pico for 4 years and we love it here! It’s a great neighborhood and a very new/clean building. Underground parking is incredible and I never have to worry about finding a parking spot. Most notably, our leasing manager Denise is incredible and always goes above and beyond to answer our inquiries or solve any problems we have! We love living here and calling this building home!
