The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making everyday living feel both peaceful and elevated. What really sets Ancora apart, though, is the staff. They are genuinely wonderful—kind, professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile.

Ancora Apartments has been a wonderful place to live. The staff is welcoming and helpful, the grounds are always kept nice, and maintenance is fast and reliable. I really enjoy the calm environment and sense of community here. It’s a great place to call home!

I had a fabulous experience at Ancora. I made an appointment but was running late and Jahaira offered to stay and wait for me. She was very welcoming and helped me find the right apartment (I am kind of picky). She has a great sense of humor and she felt more like a friend than an apartment manager. I cannot wait to move in and call Ancora home.

My husband and I are planning to move in May and recently visited several apartment complexes in the area. In all the other places we toured, information was provided clearly and proactively. At Áncora Apartments, the experience was very different. We went in to request information and get to know the property, but basic details were not offered naturally. In order to understand general availability or options, we had to ask questions to obtain information that is usually explained upfront. At no point were we offered a tour of the property or the option to schedule an appointment for another day. Ancora is a good place to live, but the up keep can be better. Why does it take so long to fix things around here? The entrance sign up front has never been fixed, elevators always break and take weeks to be repaired, making us use stairs! When anything breaks, it takes a long time to be fixed here. Maintenance drags their feet, and take forever to respond to a work order. The carpets in the hallways are always stained, Dead roaches, and live ones seen around all the time. My biggest issue is the up keep, and it always taking forever to fix things at this apartment complex like they don't care about the living conditions even if we pay so much to live here!
