Megan has truly gone above and beyond to help me throughout my experience at my apartment! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions in detail, and made sure I fully understood everything along the way. She is extremely informative, patient, and professional, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about helping residents and making sure they have a positive experience. Anchor Realty is lucky to have someone like Megan on their team. Anchor Realty is hands down the most negligent and unresponsive property management company I have ever had to deal with. Their idea of “management” is collecting rent and then disappearing from the face of the earth. They do not answer emails, they do not return calls, and they do not address tenant complaints. They ignore everything until you either give up or move out — and honestly, I have never wanted to leave a home more than I do now. Since Anchor Realty took over, my living environment has turned hostile and unbearable due to the first-floor tenant blatantly violating the lease with excessive noise, retaliation, and disruptive behavior. I've been a client for over 2 years, we have 8 properties, and I was very happy with the service and the ability to communicate directly with the owner and different departments and heads of departments and get a quick response. I specifically want to point out Megan Spangler, who was able to immediately respond to all our requests, even after she gave birth and had to care for a little newborn. She always showed up very dedicatedly, and I knew that I could rely on her with every curve of the road. I'm grateful for everything we were given and all the people who attended to our needs

Steven and Heidi were exceptional in their service and addressed my concerns with a strong sense of urgency. While a formal appointment would typically be required for this type of discussion, Steven kindly took the time to meet with my fiancé and me, ensuring that our concerns were heard and fully resolved to our satisfaction. 😊

Not terrible but once you become a tenant it’s not a great experience. I also had some issues with the office answering the phones but that doesn’t bother me as much as the fees. There’s an extra fee for everything. I can get past the $10 every time I pay rent…kinda. But I made one late payment, just one, and it costs $100? That’s insane. I don’t think I’ll be with them once my lease is up, it’s not worth the hassle. But they are nice once you get a hold of them.
