Maintenance was prompt and very friendly! The problem was taken care of very quickly and efficiently! Thank you! Gabby was fantastic and informative for our move in. We love the apartment and the view is fabulous!

worst apartment ever actually will never recommend this place ever since i tried to come i was treated like a child yes im young but doesn’t mean i shouldn’t be treated right i should of never continued to want to stay here i needed to leave early due to having a baby and wouldn’t be able to fit in the apartment i was told to be helped with termination fee but the manger doesn’t keep her word it was already hard to come up with all the money at once but i did it then when i left they added damage fee which i was okay with paying but then added hundreds more dollars for things i didn’t do a month later i tried to contact the management for months and no one would pick up or return my emails this is the worse apartment ever the management needs to be worked on. don’t move here it looks nice

Anchor at South Shore was home for a little over a year for me. I lived there from March ‘24-May ‘25. It was a great place to live. Overall, the complex is very quiet, which was one of the things I loved about it. Anytime I needed anything maintenance related, the maintenance staff took care of it within a day or two. The property itself was well maintained. The parking lot as well as the outside of the apartments was very well lit at night. The views were what convinced me to move here and are what I will probably miss the most. Theresa in the front office was always available with any questions I had. She was great to deal with; from touring floor plans to the move out inspection, she was great. I was able to get a quick move out statement and my deposit will cover all of the move out

I don’t recommend this apartment complex. It’s sad, because it has SO much potential being on the Marina. However, there are a LOT of operational issues here. The maintenance crew is very nice, but I often found they’re fixed to be “half assed”. I had dryer issues my entire tenure there, and after months of complaining about it taking 3 cycles to dry, I eventually just gave up. Plus, their A/C units are pitiful. At 6pm my thermostat regularly said almost 80 even with my blinds closed. My electric bill was always over 300 in an 1 bedroom apartment because of how hard the AC had to work. And their argument was always “well you live on the 3rd floor”. Yet I live in a new complex not even 10 mins away and at the hottest part of the day my thermostat doesn’t even move a degree, and I’m still on

Gaby from the leasing office was awesome! She answered all my questions, helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for, and did a great job presenting me with available units that matched my needs, within my budget. Also the complex itself gave me a good impression as well. Sincerely, Likely future resident.
