Had water and mold damage from backed up air conditioning drainage line this summer. Upon my return saw extensive damage. I paid to have mold remediation done_wallboard, doors and frames, vanity and sink torn out, bedroom carpeting removed, etc. With that work done I would like to commence repairs. Left messages with Kevin several times, including pictures, but he has refused to return my calls. My neighbor said his insurance company wanted him to get in touch with Kevin, but again he has ignored the request. Ignoring them really does not make problems go away.

What a pleasure working with Anchor Associates. I've had a handful of buyers purchase properties in communities that Anchor Associates manage & I have had zero complaints. I always ask for feedback from my buyers and they have always been positive; starting from the applications department, everything has always been quick & efficient. Anchor has managed 2 of the developments I have lived in over the past 10 years. I have worked with Courtney on many issues. She has always been quick to respond, thorough and accurate. She has a vast knowledge of HOA’s and is always reasonable and fair.

They cannot get my account straight. I wentninto the office first week if Nov to get things straightened out. The accountant was applying my HOA fees to the recent assessment. He could not tell me how each payment was made or what check number paid it so it was impossible to compare payments. Paid the assessment in full and gave another check so my balance was zero. Same month I am getting over due notices. I mail checks on the 20th for the next month. I mail both checks in the same envelope. They lost one check and I had to stop payment on it. They received one of the checks. I have paid every month but still getting over due notices. They handle alot of our money but do not seem able to keep accounts straight.

Absolute dumpster fire of a company. - Have an issue with something in your community? At Anchor Managers apparently they handle this by arguing against you, the homeowner, instead of dime a dozen contracted companies which handle maintenance on the ground. Feels nice right? - Pay an HOA fee for your “community amenities”? It’s ok , your inoperable pool gate will never get fixed, everyone else just jumps the fence anyways right? - Lawn care included? Absolutely, and they will do everything they can to make leawood lakes the “easy” job for the day , not cut anything that’s hidden from the road view, spray pesticide on potted plants, and blow clippings and debris FROM the road TO your front porch . - Have 3 hurricanes come through and cause damage like they do? It’s awesome, they will use y
