Anatole on MacArthur North Apartments

As somebody who has been here a year and a half if not a little bit longer, I have posted my original review of Anatole under Grayson. Now because I’ve already wrote a review it won’t let me go back in underneath that email that I have. So here goes it I had a work order put in yesterday and I’ll be shocked that they came that day and fixed my work order. The maintenance here are absolutely fantastic! So much courtesy and respect it’s ridiculous. Now I don’t do with the make ready guys keep in mind; but they’re just as amazing as our standard maintenance. I would recommend hands-down getting an apartment here because this is my fourth time living on this original property and for some reason I keep coming back to it and I think it’s because they have their shit together. Well how do I start. I was looking at apartments here at this Oklahoma location and confirmed a One bedroom apartment. Started the process. But had to cancel mid way because just to much confusion Upon visitation and as well speaking communication could be very much better so with that being said, I canceled knowing that the application was nonrefundable, but paid 150$ fee That I’m currently still waiting to receive some type of payment back That I’ve called over and over about I was told a couple weeks now I was told recently 30 days really really glad that I did canceled I feel like I would have been dealing with all these things if I was an Actual tenant I sincerely Do not understand but I’m truly glad that I did not move forward with this property and strongly suggest that any future r

Move in, this place was bad. Floor damage, cabinets falling apart, back door has break in marks, half done repairs, leaking faucets.The maintenance team was horrendous and would either take days/weeks to show up, not repair things or just never show. I lived here for 5 years in the north side. The dog park is a safety hazard with the fence broken (for years), dog tunnel installed on the wrong side so paws get stuck and the park itself has no actual grass just weeks, stickers and crab grass all while advertised as luxury. The north side fitness center has been closed for over a year now. The whole North side feel neglected compared to the south side. We came in to tour an apartment and Buffy showed us everything we wanted to see and explained everything in detail. We appreciate her for taking the time to show us the apartments and answering all of our questions!

Staff are exceptionally good to work with. I was able to find an apartment suiting all of my needs and the needs of my disabled mother whom I now care for. Stephanie is very friendly, understanding and professional. Thank you Stephanie. Sherry as well. Both took care of me. I am happy to be moving in this month.
