Anagram Columbus Circle

We have been living at the Anagram Columbus Circle for over a year and our experience has been wonderful all around. This has been made so by the staff at the front desk, maintenance and leasing office. Everyone has been very pleasant as well as welcoming and the maintenance team led by Raul are efficient and responsive. Overall, we have been very happy with our experience and highly recommend the building.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but delivering to Anagram Columbus Circle is so frustrating I have to say something. First of all, there’s no intercom or security—you just walk right in. For a building that’s supposed to be “luxury,” this feels wildly unorganized but who am I to say. The front desk is a nightmare. Half the time, there’s no one there to help. And on the rare occasion someone is there like today, they act like you’re ruining their day by asking a simple question. The snapping, the attitude, the complete lack of professionalism—it’s unbelievable. And don’t get me started on parking. There’s no loading zone, no safe place to stop, nothing. Has to be the best rental building in the city. Design is like nothing else that I saw available in NYC and the staff go the extra mile to make sure everything suits your fancy. Can't wait for the amenities to be done and to live here for years to come!

Amazing management: they polish the building 24/7 and quickly respond to work orders. Amenities are spacious and clean. Highly recommend

Great place to sit with or without your computer and cell....friendly staff...also can get coffee and something to eat....coffee free on mondays....
