I'm writing to share my experience with Amy, who was the seller of the home we recently purchased. As first-time homebuyers, we unfortunately overlooked several significant issues that became apparent only after closing. The house required extensive repairs, including a full repiping due to outdated and outlawed pipes and a complete electrical overhaul. We also discovered after the purchase that the home is prone to severe flooding during hurricanes, a fact confirmed last hurricane season and by neighbors that was not disclosed to us. Do not recommend trying to buy one of her houses ! Offered her THE asking price of the house and she raised the price instead by 10,000. She has been the hardest person to get a timely response on any offers. All she did was waste our time.

Amy is very personable and is a strong advocate when it comes to showing a home for sale. She is a go getter and will do her best! Highly recommend Amy
