It's been a pleasure to work with Amy Saxe on the sale of my rental property in York, PA!  Thanks to Amy, this has been the smoothest, cleanest, and easiest real estate sale I have ever done.  No stress, all handled and taken care of.  Amy was able to coordinate with my property manager as needed.  Amy personally brought in contractors to bid on the necessary repairs and oversaw the work they did.  After that, Amy got the property listed and we quickly got under contract with a buyer.  When FHA loan related repairs were needed, Amy jumped on that, brought in contractors again, and oversaw the work getting done, driving to a clean and easy closing of the sale.  I think that we focus too much on when things in real estate deals go wrong and heroics are needed to get it over the finish line,
