Hands down..The best builder in the Triangle. They build Beautiful houses and you can tell just by walking in that they pay close attention to detail. Great communication and an awesome staff. When in the market to build or buy a home, Look no further than Amward Homes. We highly recommend!

Bought a home spec from these guys. Compared to other similar builders, Amward's paint screw doesn't do as good of a job and leaves tons of rough spots, some problems with uneven and highly squeaky floors, various rough cuts around trim work that I didn't notice until it was too late, and construction around driveway entrances is also shoddy. Used cheap marble that quickly discolored despite being sealed twice. Electrical work is extremely shoddy (picture shown). The worst problem is communication has been absolutely terrible. The office does not return calls or emails, the owners do not return calls or emails at all, the warranty guy is friendly and I like him but is clearly told to not return calls and emails, resulting in Amward delaying repairs beyond the 1 year plan and then going

Did not honor there warranty . Lied to by there salesman , at closing such sales man threw the warranty book at me asked for his check . We are in process of hiring a lawyer . I will make sure when the new resident ,the house next to , ( legacy home same builder ) I will let them know the day they come sign a string warning . Drywall paint is sub par and the grading of the lot wasn’t done well . They brought the hardwood guy over after he agreed to fix they never followed through by the time they did there sub was gone cause they wouldn’t pay him .. as a company couldn’t build the word Cat I’d we have them the C and the T .. To bad nice design and layout to bad they just don’t care
