This company and all of their employees have been amazing!! They have a wide variety of beautiful properties throughout VA. Costs that are super affordable and anytime something arises, it is handled flawlessly. Typically the leasing process can be a pain - not with Amurcon though. The entire process was being handled so well by the employees that within a blink of an eye, I was moving my stuff in!! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We frequently visit Mallard Cove Apartments with my step-children, who live here, and I was amazed to find the condition of the playgrounds. We took our 1 year old to play with their elementary school siblings and this is the condition of the swings on the playground - literally rusty metal hanging out of the swing and left like that. My family that lives here says that management is responsive to maintenance requests in the apartment. They deal with very loud neighbors having domestics at 2am and the constant smell of pot smoke drafting up into the kids rooms from downstairs, but the apartment is affordable. I don't think you should have to sacrifice safety just to have an affordable place to live. Kids should have a place to play.

I'm still waiting for a request i made to the amurcon management but no one ever ever contact me back so far. Week is about to be over and they claim that they manage many properties. No one knows who to speak about the problem except the Manager on site, which is just a ROBOT and can not perform other than the rules and guidelines. He or She can not create person to person contact and show any kind of humanly qualities other than "how can i help you". you need to address this issues and keep moving your managers to different locations , so that they learn how to keep relationship with tenants.

It's good for paying your rent and submitting service requests. When calling the Petersburg location Helen Dean likes to talk over top of you and no one can tell you what's happening
