Amt Leasing

I called beforehand since I don’t like going places with no purpose and that’s exactly what happened. When I spoke with them on the phone they assured me I’d be able to submit an application for the house but I came in for absolutely no reason at all just a waste of time. These people are very uneducated. The Man who assisted me had to call management because he was so confused about what I was communicating to him. After sitting in their office for a while i was told I would not be able to apply

Wish I found Sid, Kris and his crew a lot sooner. They're local, straight up front with no surprises. My husband and I are victims of an apartment building fire, and I was immediately comforted seeing a fire extinguisher prominently displayed at the property we'll be moving in to. Looking forward to a pleasant long-term landlord/tenant relationship with AMT.

Found a property in Zillow that was listed under this company. Had an appointment set to view home, then was told at last minute that the time our appointment was set for was not within their hours. Seems this is a fraudulent company or they simply don't care to fill their empty properties.

Terrible business. Run down houses, mismanaged money, they'll lie and make false paperwork to fit their needs. They tried to take us to court with phony documents and it was dismissed. LoL. They don't respect women and don't like black people. It's a sad shame.
