They were my title company when I refinanced my house 9 months ago. I have a check to the agent and they check was misplaced or lost by the staff. Instead of telling me they lost it I was told by two people that I had never given it to the notary. I went through my whole house and garbage cans and couldn’t find it. A couple days later a manager called me and said she had it, after I asked her to shred it she’s said “okay bye” and hung up immediately. I’m closing on a house again and they were chosen again, but I changed as soon as I saw their name.

This company is holding up the refi on my daughter’s house. They told me that they could remove my name from her deed as part of the loan closing. Three different people have asked for my information to do this. I called the direct number for the last person. She did not return my call. She replied to an email that I sent her telling her to forget about the name change. She asked if I wanted them to do the name change!! I had already told her no.

Incompetent and a waste of time. No title should take 2 weeks for processing. Used a warrantee deed from a local lawyer instead of their form so they took extra long to review and refused to use it. The form was from a title lawyer for my specific situation as opposed to their stock fill-in-the-blank form and was "punished" by them. They wanted to not only reach out by phone to other parties, but required their paperwork. It was a complete waste of time. Requested my mortgage company use someone else to complete the transaction. Ashlea Sroufe took over 48 hours to return any email. Waste of my time.

I have been waiting for my refund check because my taxes were paid twice during my refinance process. I checked with the Tarrant County and they sent them the check back in March. It has been 6 months of sending email and no money.

Being that I work here , I can honestly say that this company is the most perfect place to work. The employees really feel like family here. The client we have say nothing but awesome things about their experiences. What more can you ask for. LOVE LOVE LOVE Working here.
