Bea is Awesome! She was an absolute pleasure to have in my VA CE class. She was engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and clearly cares about serving her clients the right way; her passion and focus on learning how to better serve Veteran and Active-Duty buyers was abundantly clear. It’s always refreshing to work with realtors who genuinely want to understand the VA loan instead of relying on myths, shortcuts, or even redirection. I know I have previously reviewed AMP when they first took over managing our neighborhood, but felt our review needed an update. Our association was a mess when our board interviewed AMP. Before we left the meeting, I already had my mind made up that they were the best choice. I'm glad my instincts were correct. Bea is our community manager. As a board member, she has made my job so much easier than it was in the early days of serving my community. Instead of me or my other board members having to log long hours to clear up things, Bea does that on our behalf. Her expertise and professionalism help us as a board to make the best decisions for our community. I want to be very clear from the beginning: I fully support clean, well-maintained lawns and understand the importance of curb appeal in preserving property values and the overall health of a neighborhood. However, AMP demonstrates a complete lack of care, flexibility, or compassion for the homeowners and families they represent. After reading numerous reviews and experiencing this company firsthand over several years, clear patterns emerge. AMP operates with a rigid, authoritarian approach where homeowners who raise valid concerns are met with an attitude of “this is how it will be done, whether you agree or not.” This company is non-negotiable and unyielding. Our HOA uses AMP after a less desirable experience with a different management company. They are excellent, especially Bea Moore, who takes extra time with her communities. They are affordable, knowledgeable, and take the time to the do the job right. Our community has used them for three years plus years and will continue to do so.

I know lots of people complain about getting inspections and having to cut their grass. I completely agree with that point, but I cannot lie and say that this management company hasn’t made a difference in my community. We recently transferred over to AMP and even though I don’t like to get letters, I know that they are definitely doing the work. We have had dumpsters forever in our community and no one seems to want to clean them up. But, when we call our community manager and let them know hey people have got mattresses and all kinds of stuff there. They are quick to get someone out to try and clean it up and make things look better. Again, I completely get everyone’s frustration with announcements and letters, but sometimes that’s what it takes for us to have a better community. I want
