This apartment is a nightmare - it's filthy, the washing machine broke twice in one month, and even after I told the management and staff about the second breakdown over four days ago, no one came to fix itI had to take it to the laundromat, wasting time and money. The hallway is always a mess, the fridge leaks all the time, and the tap water is yellow.I don't get why it has such a high rating.

Amli has been a wonderful experience living here! Thank you to the staff members at the leasing office, always greet you with a smile and glad to help. Highly recommended this community called Home for many years!!! 🏡🌴 ❤️

*When I first went to pick up the keys for the apartment I rented, I was shocked by the condition it was in. The unit was extremely dirty, the paint was in terrible shape, and nothing was fixed before I moved in. My refrigerator is rusted, there were too many insects, worms, and a constant feeling of humidity inside the apartment. I even had personal belongings in my closet become rusted due to the dampness. On top of that, there are ants everywhere. I have tried little by little to get maintenance to fix all the problems, but it has been a nightmare. The doors were broken, the sink and bathroom lights were badly rusted, and the maintenance staff is very unprofessional. There is even one lady in the office who is extremely rude. Many times I submit a maintenance request, and they mark it
