AMLI Ponce Park

I have lived at AMLI Ponce Park for almost three years, and I truly couldn't be happier or feel safer. I love the communal atmosphere here; everything from the pool and gym to the business center and dog park makes me feel like I’m part of a great community. Management is always accessible and incredibly quick to address any needs. I plan on staying here until I'm ready to buy—I absolutely love it.

Have lived here for about 6 months! I moved here from NYC, so maybe I had low standards but the leasing office at AMLI ponce park is great. Everyone is super nice and responsive. Any issues we have are taken care of promptly and they are really proactive about communicating things going on in the community. The property is always being worked on, with consistent improvements every few months (new treadmills, new EV chargers, etc.). Our apartment itself is great, neighbors are nice, and the neighborhood is walkable and relaxed. Definitely recommend living here! We love it!

I loved living at AMLI Ponce Park. I lived here for four years and only moved because my job was taking me out of state. The front office staff, especially Ashley, Angie and previously Bridget, are responsive and really care about the residents and the community. The maintenance team is friendly and prompt. The community is in a great location -- close to PCM and the Beltline. Well-maintained building and grounds. Would highly recommend.

I've really begun to hate this building and AMLI. They towed my car because they forgot to register it after I gave them the information which put me back over $300 dollars. Also the building is extremely old with very poor move-in conditions. Doors damaged, paint and walls messed up, paint marks on the floor, and a host of other issues. I learned after moving in that this is an extremely old building so some of the stuff makes sense. The beltline is great, but definitely choose one of the other apartment buildings around here. Also, finding a parking spot can be difficult 50% of the time- so expect to walk some stairs everyday to your apartment. :)

One of the best apartments I’ve lived at. The place itself is very clean and new, unbeatable location to beltline/ponce and walking distance to groceries and restaurants. The Amli staff is what makes the place stand out. Very nice and responsive to your needs and concerns. Would recommended to anyone looking to live in the general area.
