AMLI Piedmont Heights

We just moved in about a month ago and we love it here. Julian was our first point of contact for our tour and has been helpful to us every step of the way since we moved in, even hand delivering our keys and fob to us on a hectic move in day AND we were parked on the other side of the apartments. Everyone is super helpful when it comes to any issue whether it’s grabbing something from the mailroom for you or giving you step by step instructions on how to find the bike room or sky deck. We are excited for the rest of our lease and hope to stay here for a while.

I had an excellent experience working with Quin White as my leasing agent. Quin was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They were always responsive, answered all of my questions clearly, and made what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. 3 stars based on my experience living here for a year beginning in 2023. My issues with them really started from day one and they remain the constant. CONS of the apartment are their poor security and subpar maintenance department. Other minor issues include trash in the hallways and thin walls with loud neighbors. See my attached pictures and videos. OVERALL, it is overpriced for what you get. Do your research into other apartments. #1: Poor Security The apartment lists itself as a gated community but the truth is some of their access point are not functional. They have two gates for the resident parking (high speed and slow) but the high speed gate has only worked for less than 5 days in my 1 year of living here. We toured Piedmont Heights with the leasing agent Quinn. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the property and took time to answer our questions. She had a great demeanor and was fully transparent about the price and the community in general.
