I want to take a moment to recognize Dianela, the Assistant Property Manager at AMLI Apartments in Miami, for the excellent service she provides. From the moment I interacted with her, Dianela was incredibly professional, helpful, and responsive. She takes the time to listen, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about making sure residents have a great experience. I can't speak highly enough about Amli Midtown. The team is incredibly responsive and helpful. I’ve had an especially positive experience with Annette. She truly goes above and beyond to answer questions and make the process seamless. Her friendly attitude and customer service is excellent (something that’s hard to find in Miami) and her knowledge of the units and the property is top-tier. I also want to note that the concierge, Sandro, is very friendly and helpful, as are the other leasing agents, Anabel and Pedro. The building itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The location is highly desirable. There's also guest parking (also hard to find in Miami)! Highly recommend.

AMLI Midtown is a beautiful building in a great location, with really nice amenities and a very well-maintained community. The property feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, which definitely stands out compared to many other buildings in the area. Reymon was especially great to work with. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful answering all my questions about the building. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people.
