Since the application process to the moving process and beyond. Anabel has been always available an very attentive. The building it self is super comfortable. The amenities are excellent. I love the fact that most of the building access is automated and we can use the app to give access to a guest or deliveries. The front desk and delivery for packages are using LuxerOne. Which is 24/7. Love it! The area is nice have so many stores available and feels safe.

It's conveniently located at the intersection of the city's trendiest and most convenient neighborhoods -- Wynwood, Midtown, & Edgewater. The amenities (pool deck has a sweeping view of the city while the gym has ample space and equipment), and monthly community events (movie night, neighborhood promos) enhance the living experience. Furthermore, the property management staff is friendly and responsive, especially Annette with her warm and pleasant demeanor. I think it's safe to say you won't find better value in Miami for your next home.

Jose came to replace my dishwasher and did an excellent job. He was professional, efficient, and very courteous about keeping my kitchen clean, he even made sure not to step on or dirty my rug. The installation was smooth, and everything works perfectly. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and respectful manner. Highly recommend Jose for any maintenance work!

From minor fixes to more urgent requests, they have consistently proven to be an invaluable asset to our community.
