I just moved in and had a few minor, normal maintenance requests. Joel was outstanding. He showed up on time (within 24hrs of me making the request), immediately diagnosed the issues, and resolved everything efficiently without cutting corners. On top of that, he was very friendly and approachable, which made the experience even better. His professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication stood out. He took ownership of the work and made sure everything was fully handled before leaving. The experience was smooth, effective, and exactly what you want from a maintenance professional.

*Update* We addressed a really concerning issue to the apartment and how our safety is at a concern at the complex. We had a person that was unconscious on the floor of the hallway that was in front of our apartment. We did not know if he was breathing, injured, or under the influence. But when he came to, he seem to be under the influence and we tried contacting EMT to check him out. When we spoke to maintenance, it seem like he has been at the complex for the weekend and has just been roaming around. So the complex was aware of his presence and when we addressed our concern to leasing office and they proceed to say he was off the property. I did ask them how they are going to improve safety and they only gave very shallow answers and just stating that they have security cameras at the en

Current tenant here and it's been a horrible experience. I will be handling all matters in court as well contacting the news. I will be sharing all images from the apartment and how bad the roach infestation is here, the gates are always broken allowing anyone access to the garage, the management is horrible, does not communicate, the list goes on. Not a pleasant experience and if you check closely at the reviews you'll see that the only good reviews are from people taking a tour. The people living here are all saying the same thing. Bugs in the refrigerator, a family of bugs beside the refrigerator, they are often on the walls walking down the hall way to get to your apartment which I have proof. They charge for everything and lie about hidden fees of things not even listed in the lease.
