Besides Juan being awesome (the one star here is for him - he's truly the best), the rest of the experience is terrible. Expensive rent, cheap construction, dirty, and awful management. They want your money. You WILL NOT get your deposit back! They will find a way to keep it, though you will endure loud neighbors, filthy hallways, gross trash, bad trash valet that took superbowl as a holiday! Terrible parking, fast cars, abandoned cars.... a totally trashy property. And unless you stay home, no perks when it comes to fun tenant events because they do them during their work hours. Most of us are driving home. Absolutely such a waste of money living here. Upstairs tenants are allowed to make as much noise as they want with ZERO consequence. You will have to suffer or end up PAYING

Throughout my time here, the experience has been great. Juan has been exceptional with customer care—he truly listened to my concerns and helped find a solution that worked for me. Lauren and Juan have always been very kind, friendly, and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience while living here and truly appreciate the support from the team

AMLI Lakeline has been the most beautiful, and welcoming apartment we’ve been to. The staff is overall AMAZING!! We felt very welcomed by them and the people here. The amenities and outside area are so relaxing and beautiful, I just love having people over to show them around this beautiful awesome place!! Besides that, they have a kids craft area for the little ones and the pool is overall kid proof in deepness. The club area has so many relaxing places/ pool table for when guests come over, I’m so happy here and the best thing is it’s close to the mall and other places! 10/10 recommend!

Since moving in this May, we have been having issues with the AC unit. Every week we’ve been having repairs to get the HVAC working appropriately, and we don’t get updates all the time after. It is November now, and still having issues. Recently, someone came to do some work and we thought we were all good but the next day, the thermostat was not working and went to get an update but they say they ran into a problem. They don’t communicate effectively what is going on. We started getting mold spotting on the walls and we thought they were gonna come in and clean it themselves on one of the visits, but they did not. I ended up having to clean the walls myself. Basically since we’ve moved in, we’ve been having to use portable units.

I lived at AMLI Lakeline until September 2025 and had one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment community. During my move-out, the property manager treated me with hostility and accused me of doing something illegal simply for asking if they could forward my wife’s driver’s license that arrived after I relocated for work. I later confirmed that what I asked for was not illegal at all. As a foreign resident, the way I was spoken to felt disrespectful and humiliating. My license plates were later stolen from the package room, and the staff offered no help or concern. When I realized I had accidentally left a modem behind, I immediately reached out to see if they could hold it for me, but they refused and told me it had already been thrown out . I then had to p
