AMLI Branch Park

I’ve recently moved to the area and have truly enjoyed my stay here. The apartment complex feels very safe and peaceful, which has made settling in such a positive experience. My studio apartment is surprisingly spacious, and I have a beautiful view of the park right outside my window. The staff has been incredibly helpful and kind. Recently, I accidentally dropped my keys into the recycling dumpster, and Justin and Angelina immediately stepped in to help retrieve them without any hesitation. They handled the situation with such professionalism and care, and I was extremely grateful for their help. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it!

I stopped in today without an appointment to tour the property and was immediately welcomed by Mya. She kindly accommodated my walk-in and provided an exceptional tour of the community. She was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. Mya made the entire experience feel comfortable and personal, and she truly left a wonderful impression. I’m sincerely hoping the specific apartment I fell in love with becomes available, as I would be very happy to call this community home.

Any questions or issues I’ve had were handled quickly and clearly. I had a small issue with my parking sticker and another minor issue and everything was resolved without any hassle. After the initial walk-through, any maintenance items were fixed very fast, which really stood out to me. The community itself is awesome — the gym is always clean and available, communication from management is clear and consistent, and the location is super convenient with lots of stores and amenities nearby. I've been having an issue with my door at Branch Park not unlocking and the emergency techs from Branch Park have been incredibly responsive every time. Angelina has been warm, efficient, and very reliable in her help. These hiccups always happen no matter where you live but with responsive workers dedicated to helping, it makes it easy to handle.

My husband and I were about to sign the lease on an apartment at AMLI Branch Park, but thankfully the amount of prejudice and dismissal shown to someone with a disability was staggering enough to let us know not to move there.
