I’ve been here 9 months! Jasmine helped me find the right place for me, especially after a difficult and dangerous time.I needed somewhere safe, private, nice, close to work, and secure. She even heard me breakdown and cry over the phone, because I was finally free from my situation. She showed me my penthouse and I have been in love ever since. Nobody bothers me or my dog. Concierge is on point and they screen everyone! Ms. Chris is my homie! lol 🤞🏾 India is always quick to to help and Devontae remembers you as well as your unit number like an old neighbor. I haven’t come across any rude staff. The cleaning crew and maintenance are friendly asl. Security even pulled up to help me with my car when I thought I could change my spark plug myself!😅 lol (bad idea) Overall, it’s not the cheapes

Got back in town after a week, went bulk grocery shopping and panicked because refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly (reminder to check vents b4) but I called at 11pm on Monday and the wonder Service Manager, Celerino Ayala, was there within 10 minutes to help me. He’s one of the best parts about being here: kind, professional, always makes me feel safe and cared for. Give this guy a raise for always going above and beyond. Thanks so much, Celerino!! We appreciate you. I love the staff. Victor manages this property and is absolutely wonderful - always willing to help you as much as he can whenever he can- so kind professional, caring and listens. I had the absolute pleasure of moving into AMLI Art Center in Atlanta, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The center's contemporary design and welcoming atmosphere immediately stood out, creating a perfect environment for midtown living. What truly sets AMLI Art Center apart is how it connects the local community with the rest of Atlanta with the convenient Art Center MARTA station directly outside – highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing place to live in Atlanta!

This is a great building which is maintained as new which is really impressive and speaks well of the management. I fell in love with the apartment itself but the management staff have been wonderful. I had a great tour with Jazzmin who was thorough and extremely nice. I then came in and spoke with Victor who answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. Lastly, I dealt with India at my move in and she was also outstanding and helpful. Lastly, the security staff (specifically Jason and Brian) went above and beyond to help me at move in and with parking issues. To have all these people be so nice and helpful is sort of incredible. There are a lot of nice buildings but it's the people here who make the difference and I can't imagine a better team.

I am a current tenant and I love my apartment. The service the staff provides is always inviting. Throughout the time, they’ve been nothing but help. I’d like to add how kind India is. She is always attentive to problems I may bring up and kind spirited as well. I’d definitely recommend this complex to my friends and associates!
